Everybody's Irish on St. Patrick's Day! Our friends at Pioppi's Liquors in Plymouth invited us for a St. Patty's Day "pop-up" fundraiser.
2022's "JINGLE ALL THE WAY" at The Pinehills Village Green was another great success and such a fun day! Plymouth Helping Hands for Animals was the recipient of the registration fees for the "Reindog Parade." The Pinehills and Cape Cod 5 Bank both matched the registration fee funds, so the donation was tripled and we are so grateful! This annual holiday event is always festive and we get to meet so many beautiful dogs (and wonderful people!).
THANK YOU to everyone who purchased pies, made a monetary donation, or donated pet food and supplies for our 3rd ANNUAL PIES FOR PAWS FUNDRAISER 2022! We sold 680 pies for Thanksgiving this year! Thank you to Montilio's Bakery for being our partner for a third year in a row and providing us with their scrumptious pies! The net proceeds from this fundraiser will be used to assist pets and pet owners with veterinary expenses when medical needs arise that cause financial hardship. One of our organization’s missions is to keep pets safe and healthy and at home with their owners/families.
OUR 2nd ANNUAL GOLF TOURNAMENT FUNDRAISER WAS A GREAT SUCCESS! Thank you again to Squirrel Run Golf and Country Club for hosting our 2022 tourney! Here are some photos from the event on September 24th.
A HUGE THANK YOU TO VCA Plymouth Animal Hospital and Pet Resort and our friend Sue Moulton, who works at VCA, for designating our charitable organization as one of the recipients of their “Christmas in July 2022” pet food drive. Our Pet Food Pantry Committee Chairperson Janice Silva went over to VCA to pick up all the wonderful food and supplies donated by our community members out there. THANK YOU VCA Plymouth!! @PlymouthHelpingHandsForAnimals ![]() ![]() ![]() A BIG THANK YOU to the PRETTYLITTER company who responded to our request for a donation of cat litter. They did not hesitate to offer us a shipment of 40 bags of litter and a box of cat toys! Many thanks to our volunteer Board member Diane Dorgan who reached out to PrettyLitter and made the whole thing happen. Cat litter is one of most needed item at our Pet Food Pantries so this is fantastic! @PrettyLitter

Deb Balboni and Nancy Cullen, Board Members for our Helping Hands organization, deliver a donation check to Ari S. of FOREVER PAWS ANIMAL SHELTER in Fall River. Forever Paws sent out an appeal for funds to procure food supplies for their animals. Forever Paws is an incredible non-profit shelter in Southeastern Massachusetts that helps cats, dogs, rabbits and other animals. Great leadership and great volunteers!
